No Set up Fee We will provide you with a webpage with full description and pictures of your Properties. This will be done at no cost to you. Free advertising Once your page is set up and published there are NO subscriptions, annual fees etc. Free Online calendar This is an optional extra at No Cost. We will supply an online calendar that potential customers can use to book online. You will be given your own calendar User name and password to update your calendar 24/7. Optional Management Package For each booking taken for your property from our site we require 10% commission. However if you require us to manage your bookings i.e take payments in full when due, send payment reminders 6 weeks before holiday dates, send your customers directions/entry details etc this can be done for a further 5% of the total booking. None Exclusivity Unlike other companies, there are no restrictions on how many bookings you take from other sources.
