Dane’s Stone View is a light & airy bungalow nestled amongst the picturesque preservation village of Moulin. The town of Pitlochry is only one mile away (2 mins car drive). The bungalow is also suitable for the disabled.
Moulin is dominated to the East by ‘Ben Vrackie’ a mountain of just under 3000 feet. The village square is approx. 200 metres from the house and here you will find the Old Kirk and Moulin Inn which is very popular with locals and tourists alike, serving real ale from it’s own micro brewery. You can also enjoy great food and a real log fire!
Dane’s Stone View has been completely renovated to a very high standard with comfort and relaxation in mind. An ideal base for “Munro Bagging” strolling or cycling in the many hills and glens locally, or ski-ing in the nearby resorts of Aviemore and Glenshee. There is also a 18-hole championship golf course just out of sight of the bungalow.
This accommodation looks out over the hills, it has a open-plan lounge and kitchen diner, log-burning stove, 32″ TV/Blueray DVD Player and relaxing furniture, comfortably sleeping up to 4 people. Both bedrooms overlook the Perthshire Hills.
There is a spacious shower room with instant electric shower, large porch ideal for storage of coats, boots etc. electric storage heaters in all rooms. Good sized garden to the rear of the property.
